a mess...

Our neighbours complained about my piano practicing. So we had to move my piano across the living room beside the balcony. Great. And, I got a socials project, a skit, an english dress up thing, science fair project, french test, theory, piano contest, and my dad is coming. I have to work extra hard this week to at least get something done...

rotation

Today, it was rotation, I had fine arts first period. There was a new transfer student. She came to our class. Her name is Hannah and she's Korean. I was afraid that she might not be able to find her way to the classrooms, so I got her a map and showed her the rooms. I feel really good about it. =D
I still need 2 people for my science fair project. My goal is to finish the experiment this week, so I can work on the rest next week.

oil painting

Today we started oil painting~~ It's actually harder than I thought because we have to hold the very end of the brush and you can't erase anything you did wrong. I hope I didn't get my new hoodie dirty, because you can't wash oil paint off clothes...

I realized there's only 2? or 3 weeks until the science project is due. Well, I'm pretty much a slacker, but I get things done. So I 'm not so worried like my friends. If they start counting down now, they are going to get too anxious.
Today my friend gave me my (belated) birthday present. I opened the card in French class and everyone was like...total silence and staring at me. >.< And she is so forgetful, she gave me something I gave her 2 years ago.

frustrating

Today we went to a friend's house. There were three little girls and two toddlers. I was in charge of them. So first the toddlers were chasing the three little girls around the room. Then somehow one toddler started crying. So his mother told us to go downstairs. Things didn't get any better downstairs. The other toddler started smacking in to a little girl's face. He made her cry 5 times. The other toddler was trying to make him apologize to the little girl. (they were speaking baby language, but I'm sure he said something like "say sowwy") Well...he didn't apologize but he hit the other toddler's face. Then they started hitting eachother. So I told my sis to get an adult. It was a very frustrating afternoon. I bet they think I am irresponsible ...

I just realized I haven't blogged. Today I went practicing piano with Winnie. She's in grade ARCT or something like that. We are entering a contest in April. ...I almost finished my first scarf. =D Yay me! So I decided to go buy more yarn today. And go to the library on the way home.

humor blog

Well...I'm supposed to blog about what I think is funny about the movie. But I didn't watch it. The first period when we started it, I was at the door helping Jamie untangle her huge pile of knotted yarn. Today I tried to make sense of the movie but then we had a socials test coming up so I started studying. But I guess what makes that movie funny was, that guy always does unpredictable things. He does things normal people don't do and that's what makes the movie humorous.

I think I haven't blogged for a few days. =/ I'll try to blog more when I have the time. Today is the Synergy test for the grade sevens. I know a lot of people who are taking the test. I hope they get in. >.< I got the parent teacher interview request form. But do parents have to attend? Because my sister has scouts and my mom has to work.

mistake...

I forgot to look in my agenda and did extra work. Which was very stupid of me. I usually have a not-that-bad-memory. I guess people do stupid things once in a while.
I can't do any of the moves in gymnastics. Sadly...I can't even do a cartwheel. ToT And I hurt my ankles. Other people can stand on their hands and do all those cool stuffs...

Sunday...

Today for piano class, I changed my schedule. So this morning, my brain had not yet grown back yet, I went to my piano class without my books. How can do something like my sister?! But it was weird my teacher didn't get mad at me. She's so nice. >.<
Time management doesn't work. I always have random things popping up to mess everything up.

mouse ...

My sister's friend Cici came over. And she brought her pet mouse with her. The mouse's name was Kiki. It was black and tiny with a long tail. My sister played with it in her barbie houses. The mouse was pretty fun. Except I was so scared that the mouse might bite me or something. After this, my didter wanted a mouse or a hamster for her birthday.
I changed my drawing class schedule. So now I have Tuesday and Friday nights. I hope it all works out. And we are almost finished with watercolor, and starting oil painting soon. =D

today...which is friday

Today I'm finally starting to get a bit better at knitting. But because my needles are too thin, I'm wasting a lot of yarn. =( Sometimes I poke myself with the needles. I don't have much homework this weekend. So I can work on my other stuff more.
I was in a bad mood today. And now I think my mom is sick.

My mom said I knitted too tight, so she just pulled all of mine off to start over. She knits so fast, I couldn't see a thing. Then she said my yarn isn't the proper yarn for knitting. So I guess I have to get a new yarn next class._.
Well, I got a new hobby these days. I like to collect people's birthdays. Don't know why, though. I just got inspired by something.

drawing class =/

At drawing class the teacher got mad at us. Nobody got the scale right. Then somehow she started talking about her trip to Hawaii. She said Hawaii wasn't fun at all, and she said if any of us wants to see what Hawaii looks like, then go on the Internet and see for ourselves. But never go there. O.o Then suddenly she was talking about sushi. She said the sushi shop next door is 50% off. She said she'll lend us money if anyone wants sushi. So half the class went...

school...

Ah...School starts tomorrow. I have a churning feeling whenever I think about it. I didn't want school to end before the break, but now I don't want school to start. My whole family's this kind of people.
Today we finally went skiing. =D I taught my sister. She's a genius. She learned it right away. But my mom's not so lucky, she was having trouble just standing there.

Third try ._.

Well, well. I don't have 20 people for my science project yet. At least I am a quarter through( 5 down, 15 to go). I have no idea where those people live, so I might as well just have to ask Ms. Smedley if 10 people's ok... So tomorrow is our third try for Grouse mountain, hope it all works out. Or not, so I have more time for my science project. But I can't decide what happens tomorrow. So I don't even worry about it. I'm more worried about my science, I still have a lot to do. But I wonder if Ms. Smedley will give us some time to work on it in class. =s

new year's

Today was our second try for Grouse mountain. But we still didn't get to go skiing because it was raining, even on the mountains. So I just stayed home and read books. I finished 5 books in one day. Scary... =/ I barely noticed that today's new year's day. The rain made the day all gloomy. But, still, happy new year everyone. =D
